God's love for us is poured out in the sacrament of the Eucharist, where Christ is truly present for us, giving us life and healing.

Our participation in the Sacraments of the Church is an integral part of our relationship with God. Liturgy (meaning "the work of the people") is every individual joining together as a community of faith. We offer praise and petition to God for ourselves, for each other, and for the world. Celebrating in word and song, we are nourished by the Sacred Scriptures and the Body and Blood of Christ.
